Prior to transitioning fully into residential sales, Felicia spent nearly a decade working alongside builders and developers in California’s Wine Country as Director of New Homes, overseeing projects from branding and marketing through sales and completion. That experience sharpened her understanding of construction, project management, negotiations, and client care, giving her clients a distinct advantage in today’s market.

Felicia’s marketing approach combines professional photography, video, thoughtful presentation, and digital strategy to maximize exposure and create meaningful buyer engagement. Now based in the Pacific Northwest, Felicia enjoys embracing the active lifestyle the region offers alongside her boyfriend and their chocolate lab, Canyon. Outside of real estate, she enjoys paddleboarding, boating, hiking, golf, pickleball, wine tasting, and exploring new restaurants throughout the region.
