Based in West Seattle and Bonney Lake, Melissa brings a well rounded and highly strategic perspective to every transaction. She has extensive experience representing sellers, buyers, builders, and developers, with a strong focus on residential resale listings, land development, and new construction sales. Since 2018, she has been involved in more than 23 new construction projects ranging from smaller boutique projects of 2 to 3 homes to larger scale developments of up to 15 homes.
