Richa Sinha is a Greater Seattle real estate professional serving clients throughout the Eastside, with a focus on Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, and surrounding Puget Sound communities. With a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach, she is passionate about helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence, clarity, and genuine support.
Having personally experienced the challenges of relocating to the Seattle area, Richa understands that finding the right home is about far more than square footage or price. It is about finding a community and lifestyle that feel like the right fit. She brings firsthand perspective to clients relocating to the area, along with valuable knowledge of Eastside neighborhoods, schools, parks, amenities, and everyday community life. She is especially passionate about working with relocating families and first-time homebuyers who value a patient, personalized approach.
Originally from India, Richa brings a strong technical and analytical background to her real estate career. Her previous experience in enterprise software, workflow optimization, and technical systems analysis sharpened her ability to evaluate data, solve complex problems, manage details, and approach contracts and transactions with precision. Today, she combines that analytical mindset with empathy, active listening, and a commitment to understanding each client’s individual goals.
Her own home buying and relocation experience ultimately inspired her to pursue real estate. After experiencing a process that often felt transactional rather than personal, she saw an opportunity to offer clients something different: guidance rooted in trust, patience, and genuine care. Her goal is to ensure every client feels heard, informed, and supported throughout the process—and never like just another transaction.
Outside of real estate, Richa enjoys exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, hiking local trails, spending time with family, cooking, and taking on projects around the home.
